1. Description of Service
SoarLogic AI provides software that helps car dealerships automate the posting of vehicle listings to Facebook Marketplace using inventory data supplied by the user.
SoarLogic does not guarantee vehicle sales, lead volume, or specific performance outcomes.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act on behalf of a dealership or business entity to use the Service.
3. User Responsibilities
By using SoarLogic, you agree that:
-You own or have permission to use all vehicle data, images, pricing, and descriptions provided
-Your Facebook account(s) used with SoarLogic comply with Facebook’s terms and policies
-You are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and platform rules
-You will not use the Service for fraudulent, misleading, or unlawful purposes
-SoarLogic is not responsible for content accuracy or compliance provided by the user.
4. Facebook Marketplace Disclaimer
SoarLogic is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Facebook or Meta.
Facebook Marketplace policies, restrictions, or account limitations are outside of SoarLogic’s control. We are not responsible for account suspensions, listing removals, or enforcement actions taken by Facebook.
5. Account Access & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login credentials or access permissions associated with your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
6. Payment & Subscription Terms
If applicable, fees for the Service are billed according to the pricing agreed upon at signup.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable notice.
7. Service Availability
We strive to maintain reliable access to the Service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Temporary outages, updates, or maintenance may occur.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SoarLogic AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the Service.
Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you to SoarLogic in the preceding 30 days.
9. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or misuse the platform.
You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Intellectual Property
All software, branding, and materials provided by SoarLogic remain our intellectual property. You may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which SoarLogic AI operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
